BOONE, Iowa—The Boone Municipal Band, under the direction of Chris Truckenmiller, will take to the Herman Park Pavilion Wednesday evening for their regular, weekly concert. Here is the play list for Wednesday, June 5. “Anthem for Winds and Percussion,” “Miss Liberty,” “October,” “The Fairest of the Fair” a small group will perform, “Gabriel’s Oboe,” Blue Tango” and “March for Lyle.”
The weather is calling for a warmer day Wednesday with a high in the 80’s, so plan to support the ice cream social. The concert, in the Herman Park Pavilion begins at 7:30 p.m.
