BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 95-year old James C. Blanshan of Boone, Iowa.  He passed away Friday, June 14, 2019 at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames, Iowa.  Interment will be held in the Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Augustana Lutheran Church in Boone, Wednesday, June 19, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  The family will be present and will receive friends at the Church at that time.

The family respectfully requests no flowers.  Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Jim;s name may do so to Israel Family Hospice House, 400 South Dakota Street, Ames, Iowa  50014.
