WASHINGTON, D.C.—Iowa’s 4th District Congressman Steve King has announced plans to host two town hall meeting on Tuesday, August 13th. Both town halls are open to the public and media.
The first of the two town halls will be held in Floyd County at the Charles City Public Library located in Charles City, 106 Milwaukee Street. The Floyd County Town hall will run from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
The second of the day’s town halls will be held in Boone County at the Ericson Public Library located at 702 Greene Street, Boone. The Boone County town hall will run from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
King had pledged to hold a town hall in each of the 39 counties in the 4th Congressional District this year, and, as scheduled, these two town halls will be the 24th and 25th that King has hosted in the district since January.
