Ogden Community School’s Doralene Abdel-Halim was selected as the 2019 recipient of the IFCSE (Iowa Family and Consumer Sciences Educators) Educator of the Year. Ms. Abdel-Halim was recognized at a luncheon banquet on Monday, August 5th at the ISU Alumni Center in Ames. Abdel-Halim has been the teacher of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Ogden Schools for the past seven years.
