LUTHER, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 95-year old Gordon H. Severson of Luther, Iowa. He passed away at his home in Luther on Sunday, December 8, 2019. The funeral service will be held Friday, December 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 104 South Market Street, Madrid, Iowa. A lunch will be served in the church basement following the service. A private burial of the cremated remains will be held at a later date.
Visitation will be held at the Sundberg-Kirkpatrick Funeral Home, 202 South Market Street, Madrid, Iowa Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Memorials may be left to the family or to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Madrid.
