Weather Related Announcements for January 17th

The Boone snow ordinance is in effect.  No parking on streets in residential areas after 9:00 pm and in the business district after 11:00 pm.  Vehicles on the street will be ticketed and towed.

Madrid’s snow ordinance is in effect from 6:00 am. Friday January 17th through Saturday January 18th at 6:00 p.m. Please remember – no parking on City streets while a snow ordinance is in effect.

HIRTA buses will provide in-town service only.

Meals on Wheels and Congregate Meals in Boone County are cancelled today

Boone City Hall closing at noon today.

Ericson Public Library closing at noon today.  They will also be closed Saturday.

Boone Police Admin Office closing at noon today.

Boone County Courthouse closing at 1:00.

Boone County Landfill closing 12:30.  They will also be closed Saturday.

The Boone County Chamber will close at 1pm today

The Boone County Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA) is closing at 1:30PM today.
