BOONE, Iowa—Democratic Presidential Candidate and businessman Andrew Yang has a packed house Saturday afternoon with a visit to Boone. Yang was appearing at a rally at La Carreta Restaurant on the south side of Boone. Yang spoke about his campaign and his plan for issues facing Iowans and many others across the country. He says voters need to decide which candidates will do the best job at improving their lives, because for the first time in a long time many people don’t feel that they will make the lives of their children and grandchildren better than it was for them. He encouraged supporters to caucus for him Monday night and said we don’t need to move to the left or the right, but forward.
Following his Boone visit, Yang did hold a Des Moines rally with about 1,200 in attendance.
