DES MOINES, Iowa—This week, Rep. Phil Thompson (R-Jefferson) welcomed Pastor Isaak Wangler with Abundant Life Ministries and Cadet Carson Hoffman with the United States Naval Sea Cadets to the Iowa House of Representatives. Pastor Wangler was visiting the Capitol to offer the opening prayer while Cadet Hoffman was visiting to begin the day’s session with the Pledge of Allegiance.
