STRATFORD, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 84-year old Phillip Carroll of Stratford, Iowa. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary United Methodist Church, Stratford, Iowa. Reverend Fredrick Killian will be officiating. Burial with Military Honors will be held in the Oakwood Cemetery, Stratford, Iowa.
Memorials are suggested to the Animal Rescue League, Des Moines, Iowa or to the family to be used at their discretion.
