BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 82-year old Mary Elizabeth (Miller) Mayfield of Boone, Iowa and the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa.  She passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2020.  A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel, 6th and Marshall Streets, Boone, Iowa.  Burial will be in the Mineral Ridge Cemetery near Ridgeport, Iowa.  Masks will be required and social distancing will be in place for all gatherings.

A rolling visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel, Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Mary Mayfield family.
