BOONE, Iowa—During the 2019 Red Kettle Season, The Salvation Army of Boone and VisionBank teamed up together to sponsor their first $20 Match Weekend. After the success of the 2019 Match Weekend, The Salvation Army and VisionBank are teaming up again to sponsor their Second Annual $20 Match Weekend.

“It was so exciting to have a $20 Match in 2019, and we are very excited that VisionBank has decided to sponsor a $20 Match Weekend this year” Lt. James Beardsley, Corps Officer, stated.

On Friday, December 11 and Saturday, December 12, VisionBank will match every $20 bill that is place into one of The Salvation Army’s Red Kettles in Boone. Red Kettles will be out that weekend at Boone Hy-Vee, Fareway and Walmart from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
