Boone School Board to Hold Special Meeting

Posted on 07 December 2020 by KWBG

BOONE, Iowa—The Boone School Board will hold a Special Meeting Monday evening at 7:00 with only one item on the agenda and that is the status of the district’s Return to Learn Plan.  Due to increased activity for positive COVID-19 cases last week, Boone High School begins using a hybrid learning plan Monday.  All other buildings, the Middle School, Franklin, Page and Lincoln are continuing on-site learning.  The Board Meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held in the High School Auditorium.  Members of the public will be permitted, but must follow social distancing guidelines, sitting six feet apart.  Face masks are required.  The meeting will also be live streamed on the district’s Boone TV You Tube page.  The Return to Learn plan is the only item on the Board’s agenda.
