POCAHONTAS, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 66 year old Bob D. Herman of Boone, Iowa and formerly of Pocahontas, Iowa. He passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. The service will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hope United Methodist Church, Pocahontas, Iowa. The Reverend Kris Frank will be officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at Grant Township Cemetery near Pocahontas, Iowa.
A come and go visitation for the public will be held Monday, February 8, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas.
