BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 88 year old August “Bud” Staebler of Boone, Iowa. He passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, Iowa. A Prayer Service will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets in Boone, Iowa at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. Burial will be held at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Ogden, Iowa at a later date.
