BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements are being planned for 97 year old Richard “Dick” Jordan, longtime Boone attorney.  He passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa.  Per Dick’s wishes, his body has been gifted to the University of Iowa Department of Anatomy, Iowa City, Iowa.  A celebration of Dick’s life will be held at a later date.  A private family burial will also be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shriner’s Hospital, Chicago, Illinois, the Iowa Arboretum, the Eastern Star Masonic Home or to the family.  Please send these memorials to John Jordan, 1417 Quill Avenue, Boone, Iowa  50036.
