City Open Alleyways to Garbage Trucks

BOONE, Iowa—Boone Public Works has announced that garbage trucks will be permitted to use alleyways for garbage collection.  This affects residents that have had garbage collection in the alley, but had the service altered when the city put a ban on garbage trucks in the alleys due to the spring thaw.
