BOONE, Iowa—A 45 year old Ogden man received jail time as a result of pleas to charges of Harassment 1st Degree, Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and False Imprisonment. The Boone County Sheriff’s Department investigated the case. The information is included in the weekly report made available by the office of Boone County Attorney Matthew Speers on his office’s Facebook page.
Danny Roy Church was sentenced to a total of 4 years because the sentences were made consecutive. The sentence also included a no contact order for the victim and all her children.
