Todd Rasmussen and his son ,Todd, lowered the flags at the 8th & Story Green Space this morning in downtown Boone. Flags will fly at half-staff through August 30th in honor of US service members and other victims killed in the terrorist attack on August 26th in Kabul, Afghanistan.
