BOONE, Iowa—The contractor for the demolition of the property at 628 Story Street in Boone continues to make good progress. The Elder Corporation continues to bring down the parking ramp and has been working on removing the metal from the concrete. The concrete will be ground up and used as fill on the site. Boone City Administrator Bill Skare talked about the progress on the KWBG News/Public Affairs Program “Tuned In” Wednesday morning.
