KWBG 12/02/21

DES MOINES, Iowa—Following a week of no changes in the report from the U.S. Drought Monitor, the most recent report shows an increase in the abnormally dry area of Iowa.  There was no change in the percentage of land that had moderate drought conditions.  The report this week has dropped the area of Iowa with no drought or abnormally dry conditions to less than 50%.  The change was reported in southeast Iowa.
