DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service in Des Moines has provided updated information on the winter storm affecting Iowa on New Year’s weekend. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until midnight and a Wind Chill Advisory will be in effect from 12:00 a.m. Sunday until 9:00 a.m.
