Boone County Secondary Road Maintenance

The Boone County Engineer will be accepting applications for 3 Temporary Part-Time Secondary Road Maintenance Employee positions. The majority of the work required will be mowing Boone County right of way in an agricultural type tractor with mounted mowers or a bat wing type mower. The position may also require operating light to heavy equipment in the maintenance and repair of County roads and right-of-ways; and function as a general laborer. The applicant must have a Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Air Brakes along with an acceptable driving record. Selected applicants will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug test.  The wage for this position is $20.93 per hour.
