BOONE, Iowa—The Heart of Iowa Habitat for Humanity was able to entertain their 31st partner family for the formal ground breaking ceremony for a new home to be build at 523 12th Street in Boone. The new partner family is Brianna Rohde and her daughter Hazel Ganoe. The project is actually already underway and the foundation has been poured.
Habitat Affiliate Board President, Don Fatka welcomed those attending the ground breaking and talked about the success and growth Heart of Iowa Habitat has experienced in it’s just over 25 years of existence.
