It is no surprise that the Class of 2023 claimed victory at Sunday’s evening’s Powder Puff game in Boone. The pleasant surprise is how many spectators turned out for the start of 2022’s Homecoming festivities. An estimated crowd of over 500 were very generous with their donations to supply the Toreador Food Pantry. The great haul is pictured here.
