DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service office in Des Moines has released the most recent updated expectations for hazardous weather conditions, especially on Friday. Strong winds this afternoon have increased concern about fire conditions while stronger thunderstorms are expected to occur Friday afternoon and evening.
