BOONE, Iowa—Boone Public Works announced that utility work will lead to the closing of a portion of South Marshall Street Monday through Saturday evening and also on South Story Street Tuesday through Thursday. Both closures are in the same general area, on Marshall Street, traffic will be affected around Boone County Family Medicine South and on South Story Street, the utility work will affect the two east side lanes (north bound) right south of Hancock Drive. Drivers are asked to use caution in those areas.
