BOONE, Iowa—After passing through Berkley and Luther on Tuesday, RAGBRAI riders will return on Wednesday and will pass through Madrid, coming from Slater and heading to Polk City. The Iowa Department of Transportation and Boone County Sheriff’s Department have posted the DOT’s map for Wednesday’s route.
