BOONE, Iowa—Boone County has announced that the Boone County Treasurer’s office and the Driver’s License office will both be closed on Monday, August 14th due to an ongoing construction project. The work is expected to be pretty dusty. Both offices are expected to reopen for business as usual on Tuesday, August 15th. This is the beginning of several similar projects to upgrade HVAC in the building.
