BOONE, Iowa—The Water Department has experienced an issue with a recent software change which
resulted in incorrect Disconnect Notices being mailed out. Please disregard any Final Notices received for the month of September, in regards to water disconnects.
NO SHUT OFFS will take place during the month of September.
This issue is in the process of being resolved, please contact our office at 515-432-4211 opt #2 with any questions regarding your water service account.
