BOONE, Iowa—It’s taken about a year, but the Boone City Council will be receiving a report Monday night from the committee that was appointed to investigate the need for a recreation complex in the community. The committee has been working with ISG, Inc. to collect and assess information from the community and develop a recommendation for the City Council to consider.
