BOONE, Iowa—A repair project on the Des Moines River Bridge on Boone County Road E-57 (270th Street) will begin Monday, July 29th. The bridge will be closed starting Monday and the work is estimated to take 3 weeks weather dependent. The official detour shall be the following: L Ave (R18) to HWY 30 to Quill Ave (R-27).
