DES MOINES, Iowa—Drought conditions have returned to Iowa according to the most recent information from the U.S. Drought Monitor report. Moderate Drought conditions have returned to just over 4% of the state, most in Northeast Iowa. There’s a small portion in Fremont County in Southwest Iowa. Abnormally Dry conditions exist over the balance of the state.
