The Boone boys’ basketball team came from behind to win in overtime against Perry, 83-78, Thursday, December 19, in Boone. 

The Bluejays led, 18-10 at the end of the 1^st quarter and were up by 2, 36-34, at the half. 

At one point, the Toreadors were down by 13 in the 3^rd quarter and pulled it to 58-53 at the end of the 3^rd quarter. 

Boone evened it up to 71-71 at the end of regulation and pulled off the overtime win, 83-78. 

Braden Brooks led the Toreadors with 33 points, 15 in the 1^st half and 18 in the 2^nd half. 

Jude Baumgardner had 12 points, and Hendrix Moorman added 12. 

The win puts Boone at 4-2 and Perry also has a 4-2 record. 

The Toreadors head to Bondurant, dear Bondurant-Farrar, at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
