BOONE, Iowa—The Boone School Board will hold a regular meeting Monday evening at 6:30 in the Board Room at Boone High School. The Board has been asked to consider continuing discussion between the District’s School Resource Officer and Boone County law enforcement to develop a program involving a canine unit. The Board will also hear staff recommendations regarding a pilot program with YSS to address matters of younger students caught vaping on school grounds.
