Rylin Casey, Sydney King and Grace Hammer all competed for the Ogden girls’ wrestling team at the state wrestling tournament on Thursday, February 6, at Xtream Arena in Coralville. 

In the 1st round at 190 pounds, Hammer was pinned by Elizabeth Kalinay of West Marshall in 1:18 before she pinned Ariana Menne of Postville in 1:22 in the consolation round. 

Hammer was pinned by Ellen Gerlock of SWAT in the second consolation round in 2:54. Hammer ends her season at 29-15. 

In the 1st at 100 pounds, Casey was pinned by Chloe Sheffield of Decorah in 1:34 before getting pinned by Taelynn Gravel of Midland in 1:57 in the consolation round. 

In the 1st at 105 pounds, King was pinned by Emma Miller of Treynor in 3:40 before getting pinned by Kate Martin of Mount Vernon in 2:51.
