Isaac Clark and Carson Muggenberg qualified for state in 2 individual events, and Warren Williams qualified in 1 individual event at the Iowa High School Athletic Association district swim meet Saturday, February 8, in Ames. 

Boone also had one relay, the 400 free, qualify for state.  

Clark won the 100 back in 52.35, and he is seeded 7^th for state. 

Clark placed 2^nd in the 50 free in 20.77, and Muggenberg was 4th in 21.68. 

Clark is seeded 2^nd in the 50 free for state, and Muggenberg is seeded 10^th. 

Muggenberg placed 3^rd in the 100 free in 47.55 and Warren Williams was 7^th in 49.62. 

Muggenberg is seeded 8^th in the 100 free for state, and Williams is seeded 31^st. 

The 400 free relay of Muggenberg, Williams, Simon Enabnit and Clark finished 2^nd in 3:12.31. 

That relay is seeded tied for 5^th at state. 

Unfortunately, the 200 free relay of Muggenberg, Clark, Enabnit and Williams was disqualified for an early take off and therefore did not qualify for state. 

The Iowa High School Athletic Association State Swimming Championships are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, February 14 and 15, at the University of Iowa’s Campus Recreation and Wellness Center in Iowa City.

A number of other swimmers competed in the district meet. 

Top finishers for Boone are as follows: 

The 200 medley relay of Cooper Jensen, Calvin Cook, Cooper Santi and Carden Nerem finished 6^th in 1:46.56. 

In the 200 free, Williams placed 7^th in 1:51:08, Enabnit placed 9^th in 1:53.31 and Nerem finished 10^th in 1:54.88. 

In the 200 IM, Chase Mueller finished 13^th in 2:15.92, Wesley Schuler placed 14^th in 2:25.39, and Tristan Bierwagen placed 15^th in 2:25.66. 

In the 100 fly, Mueller placed 5^th in 57.11, and Santi placed 7^th in 59.04. 

In the 500 free, Cook placed 8^th in 5:26.79, and Addison Blackman finished 12^th in 5:48.13. 

In the 100 back, Santi placed 4^th in 58.32 and Jensen finished 8^th in 1:00.70. 

In the 100 breast, Cook placed 12^th in 1:08.05, and Schuler finished 13^th in 1:08.56. 

Boone finished 3^rd with 268 points. West Des Moines Valley won the district meet with 468 points.
