The Boone boys’ basketball team lost to Carlisle, 78-53, Friday, February 7, at Carlisle.
Tyson Shivers had another double-double as he recorded 11 points and 12 rebounds.
In addition, Shivers had 2 blocks and 4 steals.
Braden Brooks led the Toreadors with 14 points on 3 field goals and 8 free throws and 3 assists, while Devin Silbaugh had 12 points on 4 3-pointers.
For the Boone defense, Brooks had 10 rebounds and Baumgardner had 5 rebounds and 2 steals.
Carlisle improved to 7-11 overall and 4-10 in the Raccoon River Conference, and Boone fell to 7-10 overall and 3-10 in the conference
Boone travels to Winterset (4-15, 3-10) at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
