BOONE, Iowa—The Water Environment Plant for the City of Boone recorded 1.12″ of rain between 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning and 8:00 a.m. Sunday. Other areas of Boone County received varying amounts of especially the western half of the county with unofficial reports exceeding 2″ of rain.
