DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has provided updated information about the following hazardous winter weather conditions. Frigid cold temperatures will impact most of Iowa, with the coldest readings across the northern and eastern half of the state. The lowest temperature and wind chill values will be early Sunday morning.
