
DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has made available information concerning possible severe weather. Scattered severe storms with large hail and damaging winds will be the primary threats. A few tornadoes may also be possible along to southeast of roughly an Ottumwa to Davenport line. The highest threat will be in southeast Iowa. A few storms are possible late this afternoon, but there is a slightly higher risk this evening into the overnight.
