Kris Blocker and Andy Bartlett, Co-Chairs for the Boone Overnight RAGBRAI Committee visit about some of the final things being worked on for the overnight stop on July 21st. Bartlett says there’s still a need for volunteers for many positions, especially setting up Monday the 20th and takings things down on the 22nd and to check-in the support vehicles the morning of the 21st at the Boone Speedway. He said there will be meeting for Volunteers and those that want to find out more about volunteering on Tuesday, July 14th at 6:00 p.m. at the Boone City Hall Auditorium. Blocker says they’ve been able to find locations for nearly 800 riders to overnight.
