DES MOINES, Iowa—For the second week in a row, there’s been very little change in drought conditions in Iowa. The slight variation shows up in the slight increase in Abnormally Dry conditions in the state. Moderate and Severe Drought conditions are unchanged for the previous week. Boone County is once again drought free.
