
The Ogden volleyball team made history Thursday, October 1, sweeping Southeast Valley in a non-conference match at Ogden High School.
The Bulldogs defeated Southeast Valley 3-0, improving to 18-8 on the season and setting a new school record with 18 victories.
Ogden surpassed the previous mark established last season, when the Bulldogs won 17 matches.
Ella Anderson led the Bulldogs with 30 assists.
Olivia Coleman had 13 kills, while Sidney Crane added 10 kills.
Defensively at the net, Coleman, Anderson and Crane each recorded one block.
Melana Sesker had 14 digs.
Grace Christensen finished with 11 digs, while Anderson contributed 10 digs.
Christensen and Anderson each recorded three ace serves, while Macy Bristle added two aces.
Crane finished the match serving 100 percent.
The victory improved Ogden to 18-8, while Southeast Valley dropped to 4-18.
The Bulldogs will look to add to their record-setting win total when they travel to Madrid for a tournament Saturday, October 3.
