Contest Rules

At KWBG, we love contest and giving away prizes! But, before you play, here’s a reminder of our standard contest rules, effective January 1, 2016: You are eligible to win only if you, or a member of your household, has not won any KWBG contest within the last 30 days. If a prize is awarded in violation of this rule, the prize will be deemed void. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the award date. By playing our contests, you consent to KWBG using your name, likeness and voice for any means of publicity. We assume no responsibility for problems with telephone service, internet or email. No purchase is necessary to play KWBG contests. Please know that employees of Riverfront Broadcasting and their families, or the sponsor of a specific contest, may not win the prize. Winners are responsible for any taxes. Winners may be required to pick up prizes during business hours. Prizes not redeemable for cash or other merchandise and are not transferable. KWBG reserves the right to substitute cash or another prize of similar value in the event the prize is not available. All winners may be asked to produce a picture I.D. to claim their prize. All decisions made by KWBG management are final. Some of our contests may have additional rules attached to that specific contest, and if that’s the case, we will post that here. Current KWBG Contests:

Trivia – airs on KWBG after the 7:20 Sports, Monday through Saturday. First correct answer wins a prize from your Boone Hy-Vee. You may play Trivia if you, or someone in your household has not won within the last 30 days. Certificates from HyVee are good for 30 days from the win date.
