BOONE, Iowa—Boone County Attorney Matthew Speers makes available a weekly summary of cases from Boone County Courts. This week, a 35-year old Ames man, Luke Adam Klonglan was sentenced after entering pleas on a Felony drug charge of Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver and an aggravated misdemeanor of eluding. The sentence was a total of 12-years but was suspended and Klonglan was placed on 2-to-5 years probation to include completion of a residential correction facility and being held until space is available in an appropriate facility.
