BOONE, Iowa—It’s another night for snow removal in Boone as Boone Public Works has implement the Snow Ordinance again for the Downtown and West Boone business districts. That’s where snow remains windrowed in the middle of the streets. The Snow Ordinance will be in effect at 11:00 p.m. which means any vehicles parked on streets in the business district after 11:00 p.m. could be ticketed and towed.
