BOONE, Iowa—The long awaited installation of the Downtown Boone Arch will be Tuesday morning. The project to place the Arch is planned for 10:00 and will require that Story Street and 5th Street be closed. A Public Works announcement Monday has that portion of Story Street closed from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
