OGDEN, Iowa—Ethan Bailey officially took the oath of office as the new Police Chief in Ogden. Bailey replaces his father Mick Bailey who officially retired the end of 2022. Ethan Bailey had been a member of the Boone Police Department and was most recently the departments School Resource Officer with the Boone School District.
