The Boone boys’ golf team competed at the Gilbert Invitational Saturday, May 10, in Ames.
Mason Oostenink was low scorer for the Toreadors, shooting an 81.
Max Roelfs shot an 83 while Jaxon Miover and Braxton Gifford each shot an 86.
Brody McNace shot an 87, while Edward Heller shot an 89.
Boone finished 9th with 336 points while Gilbert won the tournament with 295 points.

The Toreadors are currently competing today at the Raccoon River Conference meet at the Carroll Country Club.
