The Boone cross country teams hosted a meet at Cedar Pointe on Thursday, Oct. 10.
Gilbert JV had 19 points, Boone had 42, and Ogden JV had 80 points.
Dorian Myers was the first Toreador across the finish line and placed 3rd in 17:54.90.
Calvin Cook finished 6th with a personal record of 19:00.10, and Blake Gradoville was 8th in 19:05.50.
Brothers Kyan and Kam Lehman were the next Toreadors to complete the course.
Kyan finished 13th with a season best 19:24.40, and Kam was right behind in 14th with a personal record of 19:46.50.
Rounding out the scoring for Boone was Pearson Lampe in 15th in 20:14.90 and Sam Chesnut, who finished 19th in 20:28.40.
Next week, Boone will run in the Raccoon River Conference meet on Tuesday, Oct. 15, in Huxley.
Boone competes in the Raccoon River Conference against Bondurant-Farrar, Winterset, Adel-De Soto-Minburn, Gilbert, Carroll, North Polk, Carlisle and Ballard.
